Professor Carlos Mayorga Gutiérrez holds a Master degree in English teaching. He also holds a degree of Master on Educational Administration. Professor Mayorga works for the Ministry of Public Education and for Universidad Latina at Guapiles campus.He`s an active member of ACPI TESOL Costa Rica and COLYPRO.
